exceptional customer experiences. We understand that sometimes things don’t go
as planned, so we’ve made our cancellation and refund policy as straightforward as

receiving your order, provided it meets our criteria for acceptance.


5.2 Refund Process: To start the refund process, contact our customer support
team promptly. Please include clear photographic evidence of any product damage.


5.3 Refund Method: Refunds are issued as store credit for future purchases on our
website.


5.4 Exchanges: If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we're happy to offer an
exchange for the same item, subject to availability. The item must be returned in
good condition and unused. Once our quality control team receives and approves
the returned item, we will promptly send out the new product or issue store credit.


5.5 Return Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged
or incorrect product, we may require you to return it to us. The product should be
returned in its original packaging and in good condition (in the case of incorrect
items, it should be unused). We will provide instructions for the return process once
you contact our customer support.


5.6 Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled after they've been placed.
However, if there's an issue with the product after delivery, we will issue a credit note or provide a replacement for the product.


5.7 Limitations: Our refund policy covers products damaged during shipping or
