days from when you place them, depending on your location. If your address
presents delivery challenges, we'll contact you using the email or phone number you provided to confirm your details and ensure your package arrives on time.

ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. While we strive for prompt
delivery, KOE Beauty isn't responsible for delays caused by the courier service or
events beyond our control. We will do everything we can to deliver your order within
the expected timeframe mentioned in your order confirmation.

Unexpected Delays: Occasionally, delivery may not be possible due to factors
like limited courier services in your area, inaccessible locations, or unforeseen
circumstances like natural disasters.In such cases, we'll notify you promptly and offer either a refund or a credit note.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking
number via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Restrictions: Some products might have shipping restrictions due to

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer
international shipping at this time and apologize for any inconvenience.
